Using Vembu’s solutions, customer has a backup solution which has been able to recover files when they needed to. They were able to manage it all from a central service desk and recover files in a few minutes, either in place or locally. They still use shadow copy for instant recovery but when they have whole server issues or complicated restores, Vembu has been there for them. They are also particularly impressed with the upgrade process. With around 60 servers to upgrade, this is all handled centrally from the web interface, so download once and it replicates the update in an easy manner.
