OneDrive Sharing

Sharing denotes that some of our workfiles being viewed by others. Now we will see how files are shared with other devices using OneDrive.

  • Login to Office365
  • Choose a file which you want to share with OneDrive
  • Right-click the sharing file->Choose Share->Specify a name or email address for sharing destination
  • For example, A file name “Attachment” and this file is want to share with outside organisation.i.e.sharing with another email id

  • After Sharing the specific file, open Destination

OneDrive Storing

Generally, we store our working files and folders using some devices. If the device is failed, it is difficult to retrieve our data. OneDrive storing deflects such type of difficulties.

Upload Files

  • It is feasible to upload both Files and Folders using OneDrive
    • Click Upload->Files->Choose a filename
    • Upload-file-folder-to-OneDrive

    • Selected File is Uploaded in OneDrive Files

OneDrive Synchronization

OneDrive files are synchronized to PC and such files are accessed through web browser or a mobile device.

  • In OneDrive, Click Sync (Synchronization) option
  • Choose the option, Open Microsoft OneDrive. If choosing this, files are able to synchronize via OneDrive

  • Enter Office 365 Email ID
  • Setup-OneDrive

  • Enter Office 365 credential to Synchronize from OneDrive
  • Office-365-home-login

  • Review OneDrive folder location once and if you want to Synchronize files using this folder, Click next
  • Otherwise, choose another location
  • OneDrive folder

  • Select Synchronization files and folders and click next
  • File-Sync-to-OneDrive

  • Now OneDrive is ready to synchronize selected files and folders in our OneDrive Location in PC
  • OneDrive-Created

  • Selected Files and folders are synchronized one by one in OneDrive folder
  • Welcome-to-OneDrive

  • Open OneDrive folder on your PC. Synchronized files are located in specific OneDrive folder
