This issue occurs if the Domain status is unhealthy or inactive for any of the domains in Microsoft 365 Organization added to the BDRSuite Server.


Kindly contact your Microsoft 365 account administrator and perform the necessary action to set the domain status to ‘Healthy’. Then, reconfirm the domain listing in the backup configuration wizard on the BDRSuite Server.
