'Download as PST' Failure Due to Microsoft Outlook Installation Issues

Cause:
The 'Download as PST' restore process may fail for one of the following reasons:
1. Microsoft Outlook is not installed on the BDRSuite Server machine.
2. The installed Microsoft Outlook version is not supported.
Solution:
For Cause 1:
To successfully perform the 'Download as PST' operation, ensure that Microsoft Outlook (64-bit) is installed and operational on the machine where the BDRSuite Backup Server is installed.
For Cause 2:
  1. If you are using BDRSuite versions lower than 5.3, please note that only Microsoft Outlook 2016 and earlier versions are supported.
  2. However, for BDRSuite v5.3 and above, all versions of Microsoft Outlook are supported for the 'Download as PST' functionality.
