Cause

This error occurs when the Vembu Server(Backup Server or Offsite DR Server) did not connect with your Vembu Portal account for the past 30 days

Solution

Check the network connection and try connecting the Vembu Server(BDR Server/OffsiteDR Server) with your Vembu Portal account by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Management menu in the Vembu Server(BDR Server/OffsiteDR Server)

Step 2: Under Management click on License tab

Step 3: This will navigate to the License Management page

Step 4: Click on the Run License Check button

Step 5: Check if the Last Connection with Vembu Portal status is updated on the same page
