Addressing Upgrade Error - "Upgrade for Agent in 'Hostname/Host IP' is Not Supported

Issue:
Encountering the error message "Upgrade for Agent in 'Hostname/Host IP' is Not Supported."
Cause:
This error occurs when the existing BDRSuite Integration Service (BIS) agent is of an unsupported version.
Supported Version:
BDRSuite Integration Service agent version v3.9.0 and above.
Unsupported Version:
BDRSuite Integration Service agent version v3.8.0 and lower are considered to be unsupported.
How to Check VIS Agent Version:
1. In the target host, navigate to the control panel.
2. Check for BDRSuite Integration Service.
3. Verify the version of the Vembu Integration Service agent.
Solution:
If the BDRSuite Integration Service (VIS) is of version 3.8.0 and below, follow these steps:
1. Contact the BDRSuite Support Team at vembu-support@vembu.com.
2. Request assistance to upgrade the VIS manually.
By upgrading the BDRSuite Integration Service agent to version 3.9.0 or above, you ensure compatibility and resolve the "Upgrade for Agent in 'Hostname/Host IP' is Not Supported" error.
