The above error will occur due to any one of the following reasons:

1) When we uninstall the server & reinstall it again with same BDR ID and portal account.

2) when we try to register more than one BDR server with same BDR ID & with the same portal account.


1) To solve this issue, update the newly reinstalled server with unique BDR ID while registering the server with vembu portal (or) if the old server is not required\needed then delete the previous registered old vembu BDR server from your vembu portal account and proceed to register the new server.

2) It is always recommended to install every BDR server with unique BDR ID.
