Cause

Driver installation for image backup completed and machine is restarted as well, still no user is connected to machine to make required registry and configuration changes in host machine.

Solution

Since it requires a user login for the machine to apply required registry and configuration changes, we request you to login with any available user credential to respective Windows Desktop/Server workstation.

Once a user login been made, our proxy agent will apply the changes to list disk(s) and drive(s) available in host machine.
