Cause

If we try to suspend backup in the client side while the backup is in progress, the backup will fail with the above message.

Solution

To continue backup from Vembu agent, you must resume the suspended backup. To resume the suspended backup, please follow the below steps:

  • Goto Web Console -> Top menu “Backups” -> Click “List Jobs” ->

  • Under the option “List Of Backup Jobs”, the configured backups will be listed below.

  • Click the triangular icon under the column “Suspend/Resume” of that particular backup job.

Once you click that icon, an acknowledgement message will show “Suspended backup schedule has been resumed successfully.”
