Challenge:
After uninstalling a backup server, attempting to reinstall it with the same server ID from the same account is unsuccessful.
Solution:
Re-registering the backup server with the same name after reinstallation involves internal database updates from the BDRSuite Portal server end. Follow these steps:
1. Send an email to BDRSuite Support (vembu-support@vembu.com) from the email address associated with your BDRSuite Portal account.
2. In the email, provide the "Backup Server Name" that needs to be re-registered.
3. Once the Backup server entry is removed from the portal, you will receive a notification from BDRSuite Support.
4. After receiving the notification, you can proceed to register the server successfully.
