Once a backup server is uninstalled, you will not be able to reinstall with the same server ID from the same account.


This process requires some internal database update from our Portal server end. Hence drop an email with “BackupServer Name” to Vembu Support ( vembu-support@vembu.com ) from the email address that was associated to your vembu portal account.

Once the Backup server entry removed from portal, you will get notification from our end and then you will be able to register the server successfully.
