Issue:
Encountering the error "No profile for backup" when using BDRSuite
Cause:
This issue may occur when BDRSuite runs under a user account that lacks Outlook profiles.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
1. Change Logon Account:
  1. Open the Services control applet through "Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services" shortcut or by running "services.msc" command in "Start -> Run" tool.
  2. Select the BDRSuite service and open its Properties dialog.
  3. In the BDRSuite services Properties dialog, go to the "Logon" tab.
  4. Change the user logon to a user account that has the Outlook profile to be backed up.
  5. Provide the correct username and password details.
  6. Click 'Apply' and 'OK' to apply the changes.
2. Restart Service:
Restart the BDRSuite service.
3. Verify Backup:
Schedule the Outlook backup to check whether the issue is resolved and backup results are successful.
