Database Backup Status: Last Full Backup Details for +<currDBName>+

KB ID: 109104
Issue:
The last Full Backup of the database +<currDBName>+ appears to have been executed by another application, not Vembu NetworkBackup. The last Full Backup initiated by Vembu NetworkBackup was at [+<lastFullBkpTime>+].
Cause:
If you use another backup software concurrently with BDRSuite for Exchange server Database backups, it leads to inconsistency in backup sets.
Solution:
To maintain consistency, configure and schedule Exchange database backups using only one backup software. This inconsistency arises because Exchange server alters the database dump reference when two schedules attempt to back up the same Exchange server databases. In such cases, the backed-up data might become inconsistent.
To address this:
1. Go to the 'Backup' page.
2. Navigate to 'List Jobs -> <backup_name> -> Edit Backup Configuration.'
3. Enable the 'Run additional full backup after saving this configuration' option.
This ensures that Exchange backups are scheduled and executed by a single backup software, preventing data inconsistency across multiple schedules.
