Cause 1

This error occurs when a Backup/Replication job is configured with Application Aware feature enabled, but failed/missed to save the credentials for the guest VM configured.

Solution

During configuration of the Backup/replication job, kindly save the credentials for the guest VM machine in the appware application option. If you have failed to enter the credentials during the schedule configuration, you can click "EDIT" option in "List job" page to save the credentials again and reschedule the backup job.
