Error While Loading DLL for Virtual Disk Backup

KB ID: 104067
Cause:
1. This error occurs if the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64) package is not installed on the Hyper-V host machine.
2. This issue might occur when the Hyper-V host has been upgraded after BDR installation, from lower Windows versions to Windows 2016 or later.
Solution:
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64) package on the Hyper-V host machine to resolve this issue.
Steps:
1. Download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64) package from [here](link to the download page).
2. Install the downloaded package on the Hyper-V host.
3. Reschedule the backup job.
Note: If the Hyper-V agent is added as a cluster, then install the package on all the nodes in the cluster. If the issue persists, please contact BDRSuite support at vembu-support@vembu.com.
