Cause

This issue will occur rarely i.e. when BackupdiskInfoXml_full.xml file is not found (manually deleted) or it is not accessible.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue it is recommended to run additional full backup for that corresponding schedule.

BackupdiskInfoXml contains all information regarding source disk like diskname, diskpath, etc. which is needed to access each incremental process and will be created only for full backup. In order to resolve this issue, we need to run an additional full backup.
