Upgrading Outdated PostgreSQL Database Version for BDRSuite Server

Cause:
This issue arises when the PostgreSQL database utilized by the BDRSuite Server is operating on an older version.
Solution:
To rectify this, it is advised to upgrade the PostgreSQL database of the BDRSuite Server to the latest version using the Vembu BDR Database Upgrade Assistant. Follow the outlined steps below to execute the database upgrade:
1. Download the Upgrade Assistant:
Download the "Vembu BDR Database Upgrade Assistant Installer" (VembuDBMigration.exe) from a reliable source.
2. Run the Installer:
Execute the installer with administrative privileges to ensure proper installation.
3. Initiate the Upgrade:
Upon launch, the installer screen will appear. Click the 'Update Now' button to commence the upgrade procedure.

4. Select Storage Drive:
Designate a storage drive for housing the PostgreSQL database components. Proceed by clicking 'Next'.
Note: Ensure the selected drive has sufficient storage space and the necessary Read & Write permissions.
5. Review and Proceed:
On the subsequent 'Summary' screen, carefully examine the existing database particulars and the targeted version for the upgrade. Click 'Proceed' to initiate the database upgrade process.

6. Upgrade Completion:
Once the upgrade operation concludes, the 'Database Upgrade Completed' screen will be displayed. Finalize the upgrade by clicking the 'Close' button.
