Cause

This error occurs when the client is deactivated in the backup server.

Solution

Check whether the client is deactivated by going through menu "Management -> Server Management - > Client Management page" in web console. In this page you can check the client status (activate/deactivate) for a particular client. If the particular client is in deactivated state, please activate the client from backup server by clicking "status" column icon.
