What does this mean and how can I diagnose it? "Backup Completed Successfully (Error occured while running VSSRequester.exe in guest machine.s set for the GuestOS on VM...)"

My VMWare log in Vembu shows:

I get the following message 'Provided credentials do not have administrator privilege to perform application-aware processing' even though the user is both a local admin and domain admin.

I have followed the steps in https://www.vembu.com/support/knowled... and those steps have not solved the problem.

Thanks,

I created a backup using the instructions from https://www.vembu.com/community/quest... but I cant find a way to restore the backup. I see the servername.vmdi but I am not sure how to use it to open the backup.

Nivas How would I restore the backup made above. Missing the SGStorage folder seems to mean that the ChunkRefill command doesnt work.

Thanks.

Will this feature, when released, require an enterprise license like the tape drive feature?
