Working with a customer regarding their Vembu RDB and their backups started failing approx 1 week ago. Reports show the above error. Logging into the customers end we see the following error: Backup Request Failed for Backup [Files] to server. Failed while reconnecting - Error - no backup session available.

We have verified that our RDB server is up and working on our end - No other effected customers.

On the customers end - we've stopped and restarted the service in services.msc, restarted the server, checked their internet connection to verify no errors on their circuit.

Any additional steps that can be taken?
