Hello everyone,

We can't backup a vm from vmware (we have tried both vcenter and esxi), the machine we cannot backup is turned on, we also tried doing a snapshot and it was successfully completed, but when Vembu starts the backup something happens on the vmware and an error is returned.

We have a cloned machine that is turned off and we could successfully backup it up. So apparently the problem is when Vembu has to do a snapshot, I repeat the snapshot from vcenter works flawlessly.

The error number is: 105010 Creating VM Snapshot failed.
