Unknown exception occured

Hello, I'm just trying an appliance of VembuBDR (trial version) and all the VMware backups I have configured doesn't work. When I launch a backup I could see on vcenter-client how it creates snapshots and immediately it removes and the backup ends with the error "unknown exception occurred during backup". Could you help me to find the solution? Thanks, Quimi

Thank you for reaching out Vembu Community Forum.

Normally the reported error "unknown exception occurred during backup" occured with Vembu Virtual Appliance if you are trying to backup VMWare ESXi 6.5 Host VM's. We request you to upgrade the Vembu BDR Server installed on the Virtual Appliance to latest version from the below installer

Once you have upgraded Vembu BDR to latest version proceed to configure backup. In case of any issues with backup after upgrade or issue with upgrade we request you to contact our support at vembu-support@vembu.com with the below details.
