Unable to register server

Vembu-VMBackup

Hi,

My trial period has expired for Vembu BDR and I'm looking to register the server to continue with the free edition. However, when I try to register, it says "Working On Your Request..." and then just goes back to the same screen with no messages.

Can you help?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out Vembu Community Forum.

Normally the reported issue is caused due to browser cache and network issue. Hence we request you to perform the below steps to resolve the issue.

Please clear the caches and cookies on your browser or use a new browser and try registering the server.
Make sure you are able to access https://portal.vembu.com from your machine.
Please add 80,443 TCP ports into your System and network firewall for both incoming and outgoing traffics and check the details.

Please feel free to reach our support vembu-support@vembu.com in case of any issues with the server registration.

Hi. Cache has been cleared and I've tried two browsers. I can get to https://portal.vembu.com fine from the machine. Ports 80 and 443 are open, and there is no firewall switched on for that machine. I have also upgraded to the latest version, but still can't register it.
