install problem

During the install proc I receive the message: msxml3.dll: The certificate authority in invalid or incorrect.

the OS is win 2012 R2

Hi Nir Azmon,

Normally, this issue will occur if the BDR installer is unable to download the dependency packages from the web due to firewall restriction, etc. So, please check whether your firewall is blocking the downloads during the installation process. If so, please add an exception to allow the downloading packages during the installation process.

Also, if you still face the issue after adding an exception, please follow the below mentioned steps.

Open command prompt with admin privilege.
Go to the build location in command prompt.
Run the build from command prompt by using the below command to redirect the running print to a log. [InsatllerExe] /log=installLog.txt
Once the issue occurs, please zip the log (installLog.txt) and email us at vembu-support AT vembu DOT com.
