We starting to get sql backup problems with the error is not able to access the database "master" under the current security context

Can you please update us whether you are using "SQL server Authentication" or "windows Authentication" to connect the SQL instance in "SQL Server Connection Properties".Also please check the below details and update us. 1) Vembu product name and Build Number details. 2) OS Details [32/64-bit architecture]. 3) MSSQL Server Version and its Details[32/64-bit]. The above details will help us to provide you a suitable details.
