Serious bugs in the Android App

The Android version of the Vembu CRM app is seriously buggy, to the point where it isn't usable at all. Upon launch, I receive the message "Error in getting the ticket status count", to which I continue pressing OK. At this point, it either continuously says the message or it goes to the app.

In the app itself, it shows the amount of tickets (if I'm lucky); but I can't see the tickets, reply to them or do anything. The app should have every single feature and all the functionality as the web-based version.

Hi,

We apologies for the error caused in Vembu CRM mobile application. As we have upgraded Vembu CRM servers recently, the mobile applications are facing random issues. As of now, we have stopped supporting the existing mobile application. We are constantly upgrading the Vembu CRM servers to introduce new features and enhance the existing user interface. Also, we are now developing a brand new mobile applications for both Android & IOS. As we planned, we will release Vembu CRM with new features by end of December along with new mobile applications.

So, we suggest you to try our new mobile application which will be released by end of December.
