I noticed my offiste Image backup of my server has stopped and it looks like it's a paid service now. I am wondering if I just need to buy this portion to continue backing up an image of my data centre server 2012 back to my BDR server?

Please note, to backup physical windows server by using image backup to your Vembu BDR backup server, you just need to purchase 'Physical Server Image Backup' license which is $180 per server/annum. Also, you can backup windows desktops and laptops at free of cost.
Additionally, if you would like to send another copy of your physical server image backups from your Vembu BDR backup server to an offsite Vembu Server, you should install Vembu OffsiteDR server in your data center and you have to purchase license for Vembu OffsiteDR server which is $45 per server/annum.
You can purchase these licenses from portal.vembu.com by login with your Vembu Portal account.
