Retention is in progress. Backup request rejected from the server Amazon Cloud.

I'm using file backup. Please advice on this.

Hi Joel,

Usually once the backup completes, the cleaning of all the excessive versions process will be started in Vembu Cloud Server hosted in Amazon. The time taken for the retention process depends on the size of the data available in Vembu Cloud. So we request you to wait for certain time period and then reschedule the backup job again.
