Physical Image backup schedule fails with - Snapshot failed need to lock volumes and unable to lock volume error message
We are running image backup of physical machines. In one particular client machine, we are getting the error message as "Snapshot failed need to lock volumes and unable to lock volume.". We are not sure how to fix this issue. Is that any default procedure available to lock and unlock volumes ?
Please check the windows machine version that you are trying to backup and also the VembuBDR version that you are using in order to narrow down the issue
