Clozano,
Physical image backup is not yet supported for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. Also, please make sure you have upgraded SP2, if you are trying to backup Windows XP or Windows 2003.
If you are using other then above listed versions, please note that sometime disk image driver installation may fail due to system permission issue. This issue can be resolved by following below steps,
1.Open Command prompt as administrator.
2.Go to the following Vembu BDR_Home/drivers folder in the command prompt
3.Now Run the uninstall command
4.After driver uninstall, system will prompt a restart the message. Close all applications and restart the machine.
5.After system boots, open Command prompt as administrator. Goto, VembuBDR_Home\Driver location
6.Now Run the install command to install the disk image driver
7.After driver installation, system will prompt a restart the message. Close all applications and restart the machine.
Once system boots, login to Vembu BDR client webconsole and check disk image backup configuration page.

clozano, Normally once driver is installed all the volumes will be listed for backup. Can you please share us the BDR version you are using and also the Windows OS details to help you further on this issue.
nagarajan ( 2015-06-25 01:23:54 -0500 )editI just installed the last version 3.0.0 [3002015060123]. I'm not sure how to verify the driver installation, it did reboot the machine automatically as indicated.
