Backup Job Suspend/Resume
I'm evaluating this solution to backup Microsoft 365. I was in the process of running the initial backup for the MS365 Exchange (Mailboxes and One Drives). Due to the large volume of data that needs to be transferred, I suspended the operation. When I clicked Resume, the backup job shows status "Idle" and never restarts. This, also, happens if the internet connection is lost while in job is in progress. After connection is restored, the job "resumes" in "Idle" state. It is set to 5 retries at 5 mins intervals. I think this is a flaw in design. The backups are clearly marked as "Partial" when I look at the reports. It should resume automatically until completed fully, regardless if it was intentionally suspended and resumed or if by loss of connection.
