Can't recreate hourly backup on free edition.

Just recently lost a RAID array that contained our backup repository. So I deleted the backup jobs and old repository, and added the new repository to VEMBU. I went to recreate the hourly backup job for the Hyper V vm's, and it won't allow me to choose the hourly option now. Any reason this would be happening?

We originally had one job that was backing up 9 VM's hourly, and another job that was backing up one VM daily. Are you no longer able to do this under the free edition??

The free version of the BDRSuite typically allows a user to configure backup jobs for ten virtual machines with all of the Standard edition's functionalities.

Even if the user deletes the existing backup jobs and creates new backups, the features will still work.

To assist you further in your case, we require the following details to analyze the root cause of the concern:

1) The BDR Backup Server logs You can find the log folder at the "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuBDR\log" location.

For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\log"

2) A screenshot of the error message, that you get while configuring the backup job.

Kindly gather the above-mentioned details in a zipped folder and mail it to vembu-support@vembu.com, keeping "regarding the forum query" as the mail's subject line.

I have sent both the log information as well as a screen shot of where I can't select the hourly backup. There is no error thrown, it just won't allow me to select it and the mouse cursor turns into a red circle with a slash through it. It's been two days since I sent the information and haven't heard back. If it goes another day or so I will have to just rebuild the vembu server from the ground up and hope a fresh install will allow me to select the hourly.
