Our team reviewed the transaction history and noticed there were frequent payment requests using different cards from your Vembu Portal account. Our Portal algorithm classified these transactions as suspicious and has suspended receiving any further payment requests from your account. That is the reason for your account's deactivation.
To overcome this, we recommend registering a new user account in Vembu Portal using your official/business mail ID and contacting our sales team (vembu-sales@vembu.com) with the account details. Our sales team will assign it as credits or as required license to your new portal account.
