Can't assign license for some reason?
How do I assign this license? Any help appreciated. This is a Free version. You can't click on anything.

Generally, if the user's vembu portal account is a paid account, then no free edition licenses can be applied to that account, and moreover the existing free edition licenses will also get suspended.
To analyse further on this case, we require the license logof the BDRSuite Backup Server. So, kindly send a mail to vembu-support@vembu.com, along with the requested log file keeping "regarding the forum query" as the mail's subject line.
You can find the license log file at the "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuBDR\log" location. For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\log".
