Licenses stuck in suspended
I had to delete my server & start over, now the licenses for my VMs are stuck in "suspended" state, and my backups are failing. I need to get these moved to unassigned so that I can reassign them to the VMs.
I had to delete my server & start over, now the licenses for my VMs are stuck in "suspended" state, and my backups are failing. I need to get these moved to unassigned so that I can reassign them to the VMs.
Right now, BDRSuite customers cannot move the suspended licenses from one server to another by themselves in the portal.
You have to contact our support team at vembu-support@vembu.com to move them to a different server. Also, this feature of reassigning the suspended licenses to a different server from the portal is already in our roadmap, and it will be available soon.
It seems you have already contacted our support team, and one of our support engineers has helped you by reassigning the license for your server in the portal.
