Agent fail to start version 5

I have a windows 2008 SP 2 server, and wanted to try version 5

I installed server part on a windows server 2016, agent installation seems to work, but on the client (Windows 2008 SP2), the agent fail to start, i have this error: Faulting application VembuIntegrationService.exe, version 5.0.0.0, time stamp 0x61159280, faulting module VCRUNTIME140.dll, version 6.0.6003.20708, time stamp 0x5e0acab3, exception code 0xc0000135, fault offset 0x00000000000b6688, process id 0x2904, application start time 0x01d7ae13008fd833.

It was working with version 4 and I uninstalled version 4 agent and reboot server before installing version 5.

Could not find any reference about this error.

Unfortunately, we have stopped supporting the deprecated Windows OS for the new deployments from BDR Suite v5.0 as Microsoft announced the end of support for Windows Server 2008.

However, we will try to check the feasibility of supporting the deprecated Windows OS for the existing customers who upgrade from the older version to v5.0.

We recommend you continue using the v4.2.x until the v5.0 officially supports upgrades from the older version. Once the upgradeable v5.0 build is available, you can easily upgrade your 4.2 servers with v5.0. You don't have to configure the backups all over again.
