Evaluation, can't back up. I've downloaded the latest versions of BDR Server and Client. Both run properly. I've successfully added a backup job and can successfully test connectivity to the backup server. I;ve tried two clients. I'm getting the below error: Error: Backup request to server failed. Unable to take backup to the server: <server name="">

To assist you on this we require some details, so kindly send the following details in an e-mail to vembu-support@vembu.com, keeping "regarding the forum query" as the mail's subject line.

Required Details:

We need to know the type of backup (i.e. VMware/ Hyper-V/ Windows Disk Image/ File & Application) that you configured for backup.
The OS details of the machine on which the BDR Backup Server is installed and the OS detail of the Vembu Client installed machine.
The Vembu BDR Backup Server logs in a zipped folder - You can find the log folder at the "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuBDR\log" location. For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\log".
The log of concerned Vembu Client in a zipped folder - You can find the log folder at the "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuClientName\log" location. For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuNetworkBackup\log".
And the screenshots of the error messages that popped up.
