How to delete a user account?

I have a user that has left the business, so I want to disable/delete their account used to login to VembuBDR, however, when I try to, I have to provide THEIR password...

I cannot find a way to even reset their password without having to enter their current password (as I have access to their email).

Can someone please tell me how to do this?

Currently, we don't have an option to remove the additional user accounts created on the Vembu BDR Backup Server without providing its password even if you logged into the BDR Backup Server console as an admin.

However, if you contact our support team by dropping a mail to vembu-support@vembu.com, our support engineers will help you in resetting the login password of the specific users. Then you can delete those users by providing the new password.
