Hello I am using Vembu 2.0.0 [2002015021017]. I recently had a disk that Vembu was installed on die. I have reinstalled Vembu (downloaded copy from web portal account).
It has installed but now when I go to the web console it asks me to set up a new account. There is no where to click on existing user.
Once the above is sorted is there any way to download the previous configuration or will I need to start my backups all over again.

We checked your portal account and noticed that the backups were configured from your VembuOnline client instance to our cloud server. Since the installed hard disk got crashed and the client side database were lost, we cannot rebuild the whole instance with the same configuration. We can install the client instance with newer VembuOnlineClient ID and configure backups to cloud server. The Older client data will be retained in server as long as you want for future restore. Once you successfully backup the data from the newer client, you can delete the older backup data from customer portal manually.
Note : In order to fix the issue. Kindly install the VembuOnline client with newer ID and configure the backups to cloud server.
