To assist you further with this issue, please send the following details in an e-mail to vembu-support@vembu.com, keeping "regarding the forum query" as the mail's subject line.
1) The screenshot of the specific error message while initiating recovery.
2) Screenshot of the Restore Reports page of the particular backup job from Recovery page in the Vembu BDR Server console
3) The Vembu BDR Server logs in a zipped folder - You can find the log folder at the "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuBDR\" location.
For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\".
