cant restore backup
hi I need some help. Backup shows 29GB but when I restore there reno data in the restored foleders?
Please can someone assist asap.

To assist you further with this issue, we require some details from you. Send the following details to us through e-mail to vembu-support@vembu.com, keeping "regarding the forum query" as the mail's subject line.
1) The Vembu BDR Server log- You can find the log folder at the "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuBDR\" location. For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuBDR\".
2) The Network Backup Client log- You can find the client's log folder at "< installation_path >\Vembu\VembuNetworkbackup\" location. For Example: "C:\Program Files\Vembu\VembuNetworkBackup\".
3) Screenshots of the Backup Reports page and Restore Reports page from the Vembu Network Backup Client console.
4) Screenshot of the restored folder size.
