Adding additional user for my Portal
Currently we have a common login for Vembu Portal. I wanted to create an additional login to my Accounts department to manage my billings and licenses. Can that be done?
Currently we have a common login for Vembu Portal. I wanted to create an additional login to my Accounts department to manage my billings and licenses. Can that be done?
Yes, we can additional user login for your Reseller/ Customer portal. Please send an email to our support team at vembu-support@vembu.com
with the new login details(Email ID of your account department login). We will add the new login and send the password set link to the newly given email ID where you can set password and proceed further.
