I have purchased the license and tried to get my back up copied to the vembu cloud but the setting is not sticking. every time I come back and check it says disabled. I go through the process is enabling it and it says that I should receive an email. I haven't received an email either.

We have checked with our portal team, it seems your Vembu Cloud is already in an active state. Make sure your Vembu BDR server is having an internet connection to access the Vembu Cloud.
