what type of backup is Vembu VMWare backup task?

We have some VMWare ESXi virtual machines, some of the virtual machine is big, like 700GB, we wish Vembu backup task will be complete fastly and not consume backup disk much.

I want to know is the backup incremental or differential? I am considering how I delete files to release space when backup disk is nearly full.

How it save the different part? For example if a virtual machine vmdk file increased from 100MB to 150MB, does Vembu backup task backup this whole vmdk file or create a another file to save extra 50MB data.

Last question how long will Vembu server to compare, calculate the different between source and last or full backup?

Vembu VMware Backup is a pure incremental backup. We use VMware's Change Block Tracking (CBT) mechanism to track the changes between the backup schedules and only these changed blocks are backed up. To efficiently store the backup data, we leverage our in-house file system called VembuHIVE for compression, block-level deduplication, processing (retention) and restoration.
