Hi,
I've recently created a new job for a new server. However, each time the job runs, it gets stuck after approx. 200MB (5 minutes in) and doesn't go any further. I've restarted the service, restarted the Vembu host and restarted the affected server, but none of this has resolved the issue.
To analyze this issue further, send us the following details at vembu-support@vembu.com:
OS details of the target Windows machine
Let us know if the target machine and Vembu BDR Server are deployed in the same site
Send us the screenshots of the backup progress window by running the backup job again and the latest report of the failed backup job.
You can find the report under the 'Backup->List Jobs' page and click 'Report' icon against the particular backup job to see the remarks.
Zip of Log folders of Vembu Integration Service and Vembu BDR Server
You can find the log folder of the Vembu BDR Server on the backup server machine at < installation location >\vembu\vembuBDR\log.
You can find the log folder of Vembu Integration Service in the target machine at < installation location >\vembu\VembuIntegrationService\log.
