This issue is related to UI in our older version of Vembu BDR and we've handled it in our latest release of Vembu BDR Suite v4.0.1.
To avoid this issue, we recommend you to upgrade your existing installations with v4.0.1.
Refer "Vembu Software Upgrade Guide" to upgrade your existing setups.
However, the backed up data will remain in the configured backup repository and the backup will run fine. Since the current backup repository (Volume K:/) have insufficient space, add new storage volumes to have successful backups.
