Error while fetching the VM license details

Vembu-VMBackup

I'm using Vembu Free Edition. I have been using Vembu to backup a single VM, but I want to add a 2nd VM on the same host.

I just started staging the 2nd VM and was presently surprised that it was included automatically into the backup job, however I'm now getting errors backing up either VM.

For the time being, I have excluded the new VM from the backup job. Below is the report from the backup log from last night. The Virtual Machine 1 is the original VM and 2 is the new VM.

To analyze this issue further, send the following information to vembu-support@vembu.com.

How you configured the backup for the particular VMs (Host level or VM Level)
View page screenshot of the respective backup job
Log folder of Vembu BDR Server & Vembu Integration Service as a ZIP file.

You can find the log folder of Vembu BDR Server on the backup server machine at < installation Location >\vembu\vembuBDR\log

You can find the log folder of Vembu Integration service on the Hyper-V host at < installation Location >\Vembu\VembuIntegrationService\log
