File backup restore doesn't sh...

Hello everyone!

We are testing the file backups but when we want to restore them it doesn't show the files/folders tree. This problems occurs in a vembu with ubuntu 18.04 installation. We have tested on hyper-v (windows) and it shows the tree fine.

On the ubuntu install shows this error on the browser: 6restore.controller.js?v=3.8.0:5229 Error!

We have tested with other browsers but it doesn't work.

What do you suggest?

We suspect this might be an issue in the browser cache, do clear the cache and try to recover the backup again.

If you are still getting the same error, provide us with the following information to analyze this issue further.

Hello nivas!

We are still getting the error even clearing the cache.

When we choose the restore version the select files/folders to restore hangs and doesn't show the files/folders tree

We have tested with the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera.

Our system is installed in Ubuntu 18.04

Product Vembu BDR

Company Vembu Technologies

Version 4.0.0 [4002019012113]

Edition Enterprise Edition

OS Type Debian

And we used the latest clients for windows 10 and MacOS

Hello nivas,

After waiting it shows the tree like this but we click and nothing happens, it doesnt open the sub folders/files.

We have reproduced the same issue in our environment, and it is specific to Ubuntu 18.04.

We are working on resolving this issue. Once resolved, our support team will send the steps to fix this issue to your registered email ID.
