To analyze this further, attach the error message or screenshot of the error that you are getting while starting the Vembu Recovery CD in the same thread.
If you are trying to boot the backup data as a VM on to Hyper-V host, it is always recommended to go with the recovery options such as Quick VM Recovery, Live Recovery and Download.

There ist no screenshot possible, bacause NOTHING happens, when i doubleclick on the Setup.

equal whether i click with admin-rights or not; i am logged in as domain-Administrator on the hyper-v host; i found nothing wehre i could upload a svcreenshot of the file

We have recently updated the latest build of Vembu Recovery CD on our website. Download the latest build and try installing on your Hyper-V host.
