FLR is not supported for Non-Windows OS machines, System volumes and Dynamic RAID volumes

I just installed the software on a 2012 server, and backed up one of my VMware servers (2012) as well, with the Vsphere option. It looks to have finished successfully, however, I am getting the error: "FLR is not supported for Non-Windows OS machines, System volumes and Dynamic RAID volumes" when I try to do a File Level restore as a test of the backup. Any help would be appreciated, as I am looking to move off of Veeam and was considering your product.

Currently, File-level recovery is not supported for;

Non-NTFS Windows volumes
Dynamic Disks

If you are having Basic Disk with NTFS filesystem and still facing the issue with File-Level Recovery, try 'Disk Management Mount' recovery option and update us with the result.
