Hi
One of our Vembu BDR server 4.0 is not allowing to login and backups are also not happening.
When we are trying to login thru web console we are getting the following error:
"Vembu BDR is creating/updating internal databases now. Please try logging in after sometime."
Since from 3 days backups are not happening.
Pls. do the needful.

You will get the above error message if the VembuPostgreSQL service is not properly started in your backup server machine or stopped due to any other environmental reasons.
To resolve this issue, open your task manager of the Vembu BDR Server machine and stop the following services,
Then start both VembuPostgreSQL and VembuBDR services consecutively and try login into your Vembu BDR Server.

After restarting the VembuBDR and VembuPostgreSQL services we are able to login and take backups.
